Insert the band through the base end to adjust and click-tight at each opening – locking the seal in place. Durable construction makes this seal secure to a strong locking strength of 100-lbs. The overall 19″ length contains a 1″ x 3″ printed tab with a 16″ x 5/16″ band strap and a stainless steel locking insert.
