These innovative Safety Glasses are designed to perfectly fit the face. Their flexible side arms with variable inclination can be individually adjusted, while the integrated Softflex zone ensures outstanding wearer comfort for all head sizes.

The extremely soft Softflex nose piece ensures that even when worn for long periods, spectacles are comfortable, do not press on sensitive areas and remain firmly in place. Soft ear pieces and the Softflex zone atthe temples ensure a secure fit in any situation.

Coated lenses are anti-fog (for at least 16 seconds) on the inside, while the outside offers extreme scratch and chemical resistance. The anti-fogging properties are permanent even after repeated cleaning. The lenses are also easy to clean and less susceptible to dirt due to the non-stick nanotechnology.

The uvex brand (uv-ex = ultraviolet excluded) was first introduced in the the Mid fifties by Rainer Winter, managing director of UVEX WINTER HOLDING GmbH & Co.KG, based in Fürth, Germany, for a line of Safety Glasses. It soon turned into an umbrella brand for all their sports products and was then extended from the mid-seventies onwards to include the safety division.
